‘edible poetry, sculpted by silence’
Each creation is an edible, sculptural moment – ephemeral and composed to be experienced as part of a larger whole. Rooted in refined French patisserie and guided by artistic sensibility, each piece unfolds as a sensory encounter, with a hidden symbolic layer woven within.

My artistic journey began in classical ballet and a career within the notarial profession. Over time, an intuitive drive to create grew stronger than routine and certainty.
A deep connection to nature became the heart of my work – a poetic, tactile language expressed through edible form. Flavour, emotion, and form converge in compositions that unfold slowly. In stillness, each nuance reveals itself.
My work resonates with those drawn to subtlety – who recognize quiet beauty and intention in its most delicate details.
The Swan
Emerging from the quiet intensity of Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, this work holds a suspended elegance between stillness and movement. Sculpted in white chocolate, it captures light, gesture, and silence.
Presented within museum contexts, it becomes a fleeting presence in time. What remains is not the object itself, but the moment it held.
