My work emerges from a quiet, inner movement – a desire to make emotion tangible. Each form carries a subtle symbolic layer, a whisper of the story beneath. Edible art has become my poetic language: not only to be tasted, but to be experienced.

Classical ballet marked the beginning of my artistic journey. It taught me that even the smallest gesture can hold emotion – a sensibility that continues to shape everything I make. During my years as a notary clerk, the need to create grew stronger than structure and certainty. Gradually, my own language developed by the precision of refined patisserie, yet moved far beyond it.

Each edible sculpture appears only briefly – shaped with intention and inherently temporary. Its strength lies in its delicacy. I am always searching for essence: removing the unnecessary until only what truly resonates remains. In this stillness, connection arises – an intimate encounter between you and my work.

Inspiration arrives intuitively – often as a sensation that resists definition. My sense of smell guides me toward nuances that often go unnoticed. Flowers taught me the fragile beauty of the ephemeral; a sensitivity present from an early age. Nature remains my constant muse.

As my sculptures began to take shape, so did the desire to preserve them. Photography became a natural extension of my work – a way to hold onto a moment, a quiet echo of what once was. Each creation becomes a choreography of light and presence, captured in a single, fleeting moment.
