MY STORY

My artistic journey began in classical ballet and a career in the notarial profession. Over time, a deep connection with nature became the heart of my inspiration – shaping the poetic, tactile language that defines my work.

A handcrafted dialogue between flavour, emotion, and form. Each piece is shaped through delicate techniques to invite stillness and reflection.

Their beauty unfolds itself only in the right setting, where presence allows every nuance to be felt. I cherish those who notice subtlety, sense quiet beauty, and appreciate the intention behind each creation.

The Swan was created in response to the serene beauty of Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring. Crafted in white chocolate, it captures light, elegance and movement – translating ballet and visual art into edible sculpture. Exhibited in museum contexts, The Swan exemplifies how edible art becomes a quiet, sensory poetry.
