alongside my sculptural work, I create entremets and small pastries – layered compositions in which texture, aroma, and flavour find their balance. Each piece is bespoke, finished with a mirror glaze or velvet coating, and adorned with soft floral accents or custom details. The smaller pastries are made with the same precision and care, whether enjoyed individually or composed together as a complete dessert experience.

a wedding cake is more than a dessert – it is a symbol of connection, an edible reflection of your story. During private tastings, I work closely with each couple to create something personal and timeless. My cakes combine soft sponge, fruit compote, airy mousse, and smooth white chocolate ganache – rich in flavour yet light in texture. I also offer personalised wedding favours, from delicate macarons to handcrafted chocolate elements, as a poetic memory of your day.
